Online survey of lobbying act for third sector campaigners

28 April 2015

An online survey has been launched for charities and campaigning organisations to provide evidence for Lord Hodgson's official review of part two of the lobbying act.

The review team, led by Lord Hodgson of Astley Abbotts, have stated that they will complete their review by the end of 2015 and are currently collecting evidence through separate surveys for election candidates, returning officers and third-party campaigners.

While responses to the survey will be treated anonymously, respondents may put themselves forward to attend one of the round-table discussions that will be arranged after the general election as part of the next stage of the review.

The survey, which is mostly multiple choice, should take five to ten minutes, is open to complete until Sunday June 7 and can be found here.
