Recipients of Transforming Local Infrastructure bids have been announced today. Ten organisations in Yorkshire & Humber have been successful, sharing a total of £3.61m, but a further five bids were rejected.

The bids turned down were from Bradford, Calderdale, Doncaster, Kirklees and North Lincs.
The aim of Transforming Local Infrastructure, from the Office for Civil Society, is to provide better support for front line civil society organisations by transforming local infrastructure services. Nationally, the fund is worth £30m.
