New network for learning and skills

Involve Yorkshire & Humber is launching a new network for voluntary sector learning and skills in Yorkshire and Humber.

The Learning and Skills VCS Network for Yorkshire and Humber (LSVN) is an informal network with open membership for all VCS learning and skills organisations and consortia working across Yorkshire and the Humber. The Network is funded by the Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) and facilitated by Involve Yorkshire & Humber. Membership is free for the duration of the LSIS funding (presently  until October 2011) after which a membership charge is likely to be introduced.Members will be free to leave the Network if they do not wish to pay a membership charge after October 2011.

The launch of the new network will be at Queen's Hotel, Leeds, on May 26th. You can join the network either at the launch, or by returning the membership form.
